Guided by Ai Yuasa-Green, this monthly gathering invites you to unwind through the healing vibrations of traditional sound instruments and gentle energetic alignment.
Meditators of all levels are welcome to make ALIGNED part of your monthly wellness ritual. To deepen your relaxation, The Nook offers self-serve lavender eye pillows, blankets, bolsters, and yoga mats for your comfort. You’re also welcome to bring your own props and a water bottle to stay hydrated.
