Fire Cider Workshop

𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 🔥 

Local herbalist and owner of Bee’s Knees Mercantile, Kassie Roedel, has been invited back to guide a second Fire Cider Workshop on Friday, November 17th, from 10am-12pm, located at The Nook in Bigfork, Montana. 

Fire Cider has been widely used over the years as a traditional herbal tonic or “oxymel” by actively supporting your immune system and stimulating digestion for cold and flu season whilst warming the body with fire-y ingredients during cold months ahead. 

This immersive workshop focuses on the basics of Fire Cider preparation, a combination of antioxidant-packed alliums, peppers, warming spices, roots, and kitchen herbs. Each participant will help process the individual ingredients and take home a quart jar of fire cider, as well as taste test a sample of Kassie's pre-made fire cider. A custom-blended herbal tea will also be available to sip on during the workshop.

Please Note: A sample take-home will not be provided with this class, but we will enjoy a taste test together!
