Maybe you are a Fermentation enthusiust like us!  Or, perhaps you are interested in restoring your digestive health through naturally fermented food?  You have no idea what Koji is, but love exploring different flavors in your cooking?

Well, this is the class for you!

In this class, Yuko demonstrates the art of traditional Koji fermentation while we get to sample varieties of food items made with Koji culture.

We make "Shio-Koji"(salt Koji) during this class, which you can take home to start your own fermentation in your own kitchen.
