How about we enjoy the art of simple nourishing food as a community and invite in mindfulness in our act of eating? In this gathering, we talk about food with light in our hearts.Â
No food guilt.
No food shaming.
Just appreciating our moments withnourishing food and we'll see what we unfold from there as we relax and chat and enjoy each others company.Â

First Thursday's of the Month - 6-8pm, Cost is $36
Enjoy traditional Miso soup, rice balls and simple sound meditation for relaxation, self-reflection and possibly a deep healing, if you are ready. Your digestive system will thank you and so will your spirit.Â
