Welcome to this special fusion experience of sound and touch guided by Amiste and Ai.
Explore your innate intelligence while cradled in the comfort of intentional sound frequencies and vibrations, harmonized with intuitive touch for truly somatic integration.
With Ai (of aiology works) leading Sound and Amiste (of Freedom Song Bodywork) providing Massage, we invite you to journey into your timeless essence for a fully immersive experience of deep realignment.
In the space between the spring equinox and the full moon lunar eclipse in Libra, we welcome balanced insight by connecting with your intuition.
We are excited to be offering this immersive event that is truly synergetic with The Nook Wellness Collective as a valued addition to our wellness workshops.
Space is limited to 5 participants and preregistration is required to ensure the quality of your experiences.
While we have plenty of yoga mats, pillows, blankets, heating pads, and herbal eye pillows ready for you, if you have some special items to make yourself more comfortable, we encourage you to bring them along. (some enjoy bringing their own crystals, affirmations, or poems!)
Complementary herbal tea will be custom selected for this event by Amiste & Ai to top off your experience for enhanced synergy.

Amiste Grace : Licensed Massage Therapist, Owner of Freedom Song Bodywork in Bigfork. Currently working towards her certification to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. Her passion is in providing optimum health, mobility and vitality in our local community.
