About the event
Stop in any time from noon to 8pm to 2pm for a nourishing lunch while you immerse yourself in the healing sounds and new offerings at The Nook.
In the evening, we will be offering our monthly event highlighting wellness practitioners and joining community members for connection, education, healing, and empowerment.
This monthly UPLIFT event is held every first Thursday (we take a break July-Sept), to highlight and support the holistic wellness community in the Flathead Valley.
