About the event
Stop in any time from noon to 2pm for a nourishing lunch while you immerse yourself in the healing sounds and new offerings at The Nook.
In the evening, starting at 5:30pm, we will be offering our monthly event highlighting wellness practitioners and joining community members for connection, education, healing, and empowerment.
This monthly UPLIFT event is held every first Thursday (we take a break July-Sept), to highlight and support the holistic wellness community in the Flathead Valley.
