About the event
Join us for our monthly community wellness gathering at The Nook—a space designed to highlight local practitioners and bring community members together for connection, education, healing, and empowerment.
This event takes place on the first Thursday of every month (with a summer pause July–September) and is dedicated to uplifting and supporting the holistic wellness community here in the Flathead Valley.
Evening Flow5:30–6:00pm — Mini Workshop / Lecture6:00–8:00pm — Pop-Up Mini Sessions with Local Wellness Practitioners
