This monthly event is held every first Thursday (note: we take a break between Jul.-Sep.), to highlight and support the holistic wellness community in the Flathead Valley.
The theme for this month is "Holistic Harmony: Traditional Healing & Sacred Ayurvedic Practices"
Featured Guest Speaker: Michelle Berry - Local Ayurvedic Professional specializing in Panchakarma~ Sacred Ayurvedic Bodywork.
The free workshop will be titled "Eyes of the Soul - Marma Therapy for Vision, Clarity & Calm"
